The third leg of our Travel Abroad Tour takes us to Brazil. Brazilian cuisine has
European, African and Amerindian influences. It varies greatly by region, reflecting the
country’s mix of native and immigrant populations, and its continental size as well. This
has created a national cuisine marked by the preservation of regional differences. Come
try something new and experience what Brazilian food and culture has to offer.

Empadão Baked casserole made with chicken, olives,
hearts of palm, corn & topped with a crispy layer of flakey dough.
