HORS D’OEUVRES: Fruit and cheese display with assorted crackers, Spinach and artichoke dip served with rustic toast points, Stuffed mushrooms duxelle.

SALADS: Marinated hearts of palm over mixed greens with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and slivered red onions or Traditional Caesar Salad Romaine lettuce served with garlic croutons and Parmesan cheese.

SOUPS: She Crab Soup or Chicken Cosumme with julienne vegetables and shitake mushrooms.

ENTREES: Filet’s Lily--Twin medallions filet o’ beef topped with wild mushrooms, Jus Lie served over spinach risotto or Chilean Sea Bass--Served over mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus tips with bacon butter and mandarin oranges or Grilled Free Range Chicken--Topped with mixed olives and Feta cheese served over vegetable medley Ragout.
