Welcome to a zen eating session. I truly believe eating mindfully promotes happiness. You will be taken on a 1-hour journey of eating meditation that brings you peaceful and joyful energy. * You may join with your own meal or snacks (anything to eat is fine but you may feel more comfortable if you bring something healthy).
