Come support your Lake Arrowhead Volunteer Fire Department in their FOURTH ANNUAL FAMILY FUN DAY.   They will be hosting this event at Fire Station 27 which is located at the entrance to Great Festival Park. It will be 11am - 2pm. Some of our guests last year included: Smokey the Bear, CherokeeCounty Fire and Emergency Search & Rescue Team, Explorer Post 469, FireStations 17 & 12, 1800 Board Up sponsored Bouncy House and Lowes KidsBuilding Clinic.

They will be selling hot dogs, chips and soft drinks / water combo plates for donations & hosting a raffle to help purchase safety equipment for the department. Last year they had over $500 in donated items for their raffle from area sponsors and plan to obtain even more this year. Some of their prizes last year included: gifts from Ace hardware of Canton, Gold giftcard from Crackle Barrel of Canton, Red Lobster of Canton gift certificates and Olive Garden gift certificates.
