Welcome to zen eating session. I truly believe eating mindfully promotes your happiness by clicks your mind to appreciate everything that surrounds you. You can be happy with that appreciation right then. I will take you on a 1-hour journey of eating meditation that brings you peaceful and joyful energy. This experience begins with getting in touch with the philosophy of zen knowing how to eat mindfully to make the later part more comfortable for you.
