Menus
Menu selections must be made 30 days prior to event. We suggest that menus are limited to one or two entree selections when hosting a plated meal, however, we will try to accommodate any special dietary restrictions. This does not apply when selecting the buffet option.
Guaranteed Counts
A guaranteed attendance count is required at least 14 days in advance. We have to schedule employees and purchase all items. If the actual count is higher than the actual guaranteed count, the Club will do its best to accommodate the extra guests, but cannot guarantee it. Charges will be based on the guaranteed number or the actual number served whichever is greatest.
